Domain Parking Service

Description of Service
Domain Parking is an optional service for Users to "park" his/her unused domain names in order to generate revenue. To use domain parking the User has to change their Domain hosting to Nameserver's specified by Park4Money.com. Park4Money.com will then automatically generate a customized page with content, banner and/or text/image ads.

Costs
Park4Money.com's Domain Parking service is free of charge for Users.

User Obligations
Users who utilize the Domain Parking service are obligated to follow and abide by the Domain Parking Specifications and Guidelines as described. Furthermore, Users who utilize the Domain Parking service are obligated and solely responsible for verifying that their use of the Domain Parking service with his/her domain names does not and will not violate the rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, trademark rights, naming rights, and rights protected by unfair competition laws. In addition, should User receive notice from a third party regarding their use of Park4Money's Domain Parking service the User is obligated to immediately contact Par4Money.com and provide any material related to such notice. User must verify that the use of Park4Money.com does not violate policies of their advertising program (Google Adsense / Yahoo Publisher Network) and Park4Money.com will not be held liable for any loss or accounts being disabled or terminated.

Notice of Potential Violation of Third Party Rights
In the event that Park4Money.com has been notified by a third party that User's use of the Domain Parking service may infringe the rights of a third party, Park4Money.com reserves the right to immediately suspend the Domain Parking service without prior notice and to prohibit the User from using the affected domain name with the Domain Parking service.

Category & Keywords
Users who use the Domain Parking service are given the opportunity to select 1 catefory as well as META yag keywords, title and description for each of his/her parked domains which is related to the subject matter of the Domain and which controls which advertisements and content appear for the respective Domain. Park4Money.com reserves the right to examine, change and/or disable categories and META tags at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion to ensure relevancy in relation to the respective domain names.

Generation of revenue
Generation of revenue is of the sole discretion of the User's advertising provider (Google Adsense) and is no way controlled, monitored, influenced or recorded by Park4Money.com. User must provide their Google Adsense Publisher Number in order for clicks to generate revenue through Google Adsense. Acceptance of the the Google Adsense Terms Of Service (TOS) is a condition of use of Park4Money.com services. If the user does not accept or abide by the Google Adsense TOS, then they are breaking Park4Money.com's TOS and should discontinue use of Park4Money.com's services. We may, at our discretion, place advertising on your parked domain - at a maximum of 10% of all ad units displayed.

Right to Terminate Service
Park4Money.com and User reserve the right to terminate provision of the Domain Parking service at any time, without notice or reason.

Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
Park4Money.com does not guarantee the success of the content or search for the advertising links associated with the advertising category or META tags specified by the User. Furthermore, Park4Money.com cannot guarantee specific click rates or click prices which User hereby recognizes fluctuate dependent and determined by the User's advertising provider - Google or Yahoo.

PARK4MONEY.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING ADVERTISERS) THROUGH THE DOMAIN PARKING SERVICE. PARK4MONEY.COM AND ITS LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Domain Parking statistics are provided for informational purposes only, and Park4Money.com makes no guarantee as to their accuracy.

Intellectual Property
Park4Money.com and its advertising providers maintain all right, title and interest, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights relating to the Domain Parking service. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. User shall not, and shall not allow any third party to: (a) modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile (accept to the extent allowed by law), reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Domain Parking service, the advertising links, or any other technology or documentation obtained from the Domain Parking service; (b) store or cache information obtained from the Domain Parking service; or (c) engage in any action or practice that reflects poorly on Park4Money.com or its advertising partner/s.

In the unlikely event that Park4Money.com allows User to customize the design the webpage delivered for User's domain names, then the User shall be obliged to ensure and guarantee that any and all contents used or provided by the User may be used for such purpose. User represents and warrants that all required licenses have been acquired and no rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary rights, or other applicable laws are violated.

THE USER HEREBY INDEMNIFIES PARK4MONEY.COM IN FULL SCOPE FROM ANY AND ALL POSSIBLE CLAIMS AGAINST PARK4MONEY.COM IN RELATION TO USERS'S VIOLATION OF THESE OBLIGATIONS.
